These terms and conditions apply to the user who uses the "Pay Online" services provided for any payment made to The Oval Office Group and all associated companies (Oval International Academy, DSK international Academy, Saltus for Training and Development, Oval Visa Center, Oval Translation Center, The Oval Office for Studies and Research).

Fees
fees or charges may apply as a credit/debit card transaction is carried out in terms of the arrangement between you and your card issuer. You should check with your card issuer for details before making payment. The payment is deducted in US dollars - any currency conversion will be done according to the terms and conditions of the card - there may be currency conversion fees charged by your card issuer.
Payment details (Debit/Credit Card, Bank Account Details etc.)
The user agrees that the payment details provided by him/ her for use of the ‘Pay Online’ service must be correct and accurate and that the user shall not use a payment method that he/she is not lawfully owned by him/ her or the use of which is not authorized by the lawful owner thereof. The user further agrees to provide correct and valid debit/credit card details, bank details and PayPal account details etc. finally, the user authorizes debit of the nominated card/ bank account for the payment of fees selected along with the applicable fees. The user is responsible to ensure that sufficient credit is available on the nominated card/ bank account at the time of making the payment to permit the payment of the fees selected by the user inclusive of the applicable fee

All payment details which are entered through our payment gateway is done through one of the biggest world-wide providers for online payments and they facilitate a highly secure payment method. Th Oval Office Group shall not be liable for any failure by the user or third party making payment of fees in respect of any omission to provide accurate information in the course of the Online Payment Process
