IELTS Test Report Form (TRF)

The Test Report Form (TRF) will be printed 13 days after the test day for the (paper-based format) test and in 3 to 5 days for the (computer- delivered format) test.

You can collect your TRF at IDP IELTS offices when your results are released. You need to bring the form of identity you used to register for the test in order to pick up your TRF.

The candidate will receive ONE original Test Report Form, unless you are applying to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), or United Kingdom Border Agency (UKBA) – in these cases, you can receive two. Proof of application to CIC and UKBA must be provided.

NOTE: Test Centers are NOT permitted to give test results over the telephone, via fax or e-mail to the candidate.

You can also preview your IELTS results online. In order to access your scores online you will need to enter your Full Name, Date of Birth, and your Registered ID (Passport or National Identity Number).

Send your TRF to institutions

1. A candidate may request up to five (5) additional TRFs to be sent to Receiving Institutions (universities, professional bodies, etc), you have only to submit a form for this purpose and we will send it on your behalf .

2. TRFs sent by courier will be sent through Courier Company and students will be charged 53 JOD .

3. If the Receiving Institution accepts electronic submission of scores then that can be arranged through the IDP IELTS office at no charge. Amending extra 5 JOD for each copy plus the courier fees.

4. These are sent directly to the Receiving Organizations of your choice.

If you are not satisfied with your result, you can submit a request of remarking – Enquiry on Result, to submit this request please check the following

• You have to submit the request within one month after the result release

• You have to submit the request along with a copy of your ID and the original Copy of your Test Report Form

• You have to pay 85 JOD instead of this service, this amount is refundable in case your score(s) has been increased

• You may apply for an Enquiry on Result for one, two, three or four components

• The outcomes of the Enquiry on Result will be ready within 2-21 days after the day of the submission if you didn’t hear back from us by the 28 you can call us
